Real strict dress code for no reason, Principal at the time was racist. No teacher knew how to help with my autism. Expelled a fellow classmate for their disability.
I attended Otago Girls a few years ago, and absolutely loved my time there. The school has such a supportive culture and such a huge variety of opportunities to take advantage of. I believe I have been able to succeed in further education because of the skills and learning I received there, and would highly recommend it for those looking for a high school in Otepoti.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Otago Girls High School. Otago girls was a fulfilling experience, one that allowed me to grow into the person I am today. Lovely teachers and staff who were committed to their work made for an enjoyable and rewarding schooling experience. Otago Girls is a great school to make new friends, create memories and grow.
Completed my secondary education here and had a marvellous five years. So much support and aroha from peers and staff whilst also making friends for life. One of the best schools in Otepoti.
