Here’s what I like most about OISC;
Affordable Pricing: For a group of students from a third-world country, being able to afford to live and study in Oxford is a dream come true, especially since Oxford is the second most expensive city to live in the UK.
Student Treatment: The level of friendliness and helpfulness was world-class. Any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally.
Teaching: 100% of our students have reported positive feedback from the teaching team. The teaching styles, lesson plans and teachers were excellent. But the students did report that there was too much homework
Excursion: The excursions conducted by OISC were really engaging and fun. Some of our students could mingle with other international students and make new friends not just in class but out of class too.
Location: OISC is uniquely located at the heart of Oxford, making it easy for our students to get there by bus. It’s also within walking distance of pretty much everywhere!
Programmes: We’ve conducted more than three types of programs with the help of OISC, from English language to Teacher Training to Professional Certification courses pretty much anything you want, they can tailor-make it for you.
Overall, OISC is a fantastic place to learn English. The excellent teaching, prime location, and supportive community make it a standout choice for anyone serious about improving their English skills. I am so grateful for everything they have done for my students and given them the best experience.
Firstly, the school is ideally located in the center of Oxford. Many other language institutions may claim to be in Oxford in their ads, but in reality, they are on the outskirts, and you cannot experience the city of dreaming spires directly. Living and studying in such a central location, students have the opportunity to invovle in hustle and bustle of the city-go shopping, take buses, visit museums, not to mention the school’s rich outdoor activities every afternoon. You can also customize evening activities, which is a great option for younger children, and for older students, there is the choice of free time in the evening. In summary, the programme are very flexible to meet the different needs of each group.
Secondly, the school’s management team is very professional and supportive. I have collaborated with other language centers, and I find that Oxford International Study Centre has the lowest communication cost. If there are problems that need to be resolved, they put your needs at first, quickly provide advice based on years of experience even once happened in the middle of night.
Finally, regarding the courses, the curriculum is set up in a very interesting way-role play, themed topic, group work etc., my students all enjoy it and look forward to coming back next time. If the course is deemed unsuitable, whether it’s too difficult or too easy, the school can assist students in transferring to another class.
All in all, I found OISC is an exceptional place to study English.
. the English classes are nothing short of exceptional, always multicultural, And the lessons were challenging and highly communicative
the school organizes a myriad of cultural activities that enhance the learning experience
and I must say that accomodation is another aspect where the OISC excels. every single child was given satisfactory care
