My son started in this school when he was 2 years and 6 months old and will be turning 4 years next month. He likes this school very much and doesn’t likes to miss out school even for a day.
His learning ability has improved a lot and shows keen interest in learning things and socializes now with other kids very easily and we are very happy with his learning curve..
Teachers are very caring and helpful and provides feedback regularly. They have good collection of books and various activities which keep the children engage and learn new things. This facility is not overcrowded and gives ample space for kids to run around freely.
Mr Dee and Madhuka were very helpful and caring and so are the other staff. This school is a hidden gem in Torrance location.
My son is currently a student at Pacific Explorer Montessori (PEM). We noticed a huge improvement in his verbal, counting, spelling and social skills ever since he started attending PEM. PEM promotes healthy eating habits by limiting the amount of sugar and sweets offered at the school. They serve fruits as snacks which is a plus. In addition, PEM’s Montessori teachings are encouraging my son to be excited in doing chores. He can make his own bed, clean up after his own toys and he has fun doing it. He helps his dad wash the cars, and he even helps with cleaning at the house. My husband and I are satisfied with PEM and we definitely recommend PEM to parents out there looking for quality education for their little tots.
My granddaughter has been very happy with environment at this Montessori school and she has learned a lot on many levels. She has a great rapport with the adults and enjoys the playing atmosphere with the other kids. The concern of all the teachers and assistants is excellent and my background in teaching middle school gives me a perspective that makes me so happy she has learned and developed into a fine young lady at this school. I wholly recommend this school for their concern and interest in an important beginning of the school atmosphere. Have a great day.
