My son is attending the school for the first time this year and entered as a junior in high school. This is an amazing school with dedicated faculty and staff. Every child is treated like an individual and is encouraged to do their very best. Teachers are readily available to work with students if they need assistance and additional support. I have had nothing but a positive experience. For a small school, with an emphasis on small class sizes, students are encouraged to participate in class, clubs and outside of school as well. There are numerous opportunities to engage in activities outside of class-and students are encouraged to come up with their own ideas. The school offers excellent AP classes, clubs, arts programs and sports. For a small school, it has a lot of opportunities for students to explore interests. I also love that they require students to participate in community service activities. All of the kids at the school get along extremely well. As a new comer, my son had no problem making friends and fitting in. This is an excellent school choice. I highly recommend Palm Valley School.

Palm Valley School is the best private, college-preparatory school in the area.
The school has a strong encompassing academic program and an impressive arts program. Both of these programs continue to evolve and grow stronger. The Smart Lab and technology classes are first-rate. Physical Education class meets daily which in our opinion is a major plus. The project-based learning is impressive as well. The past year has included the idea of growth mindset for the students and faculty. Our elementary-aged child is engaged, encouraged, challenged and motivated by the teaching staff daily. In our personal experience, this encouragement to embrace growth mindset has led to increased motivation and achievement by our child.
The school has great faculty, administrators, and facilities. Our child loves her teachers and the school!
