I just want to express my gratefulness and thankful heart for Ms. Angie and the rest of the staff at PALS! Yesterday I got this message on brightwheel “Little ****** has not been herself at all. She has been inconsolable at times which is just not like her at all. She doesn’t have a fever so I’m not sure what is going on.” I read that and decided that I should probably just come pick her up, I didn’t call or message that I was coming, I just left work. When I got to PALS Ms. Angie was in the office holding *******, walking her around getting her out of the noise and distraction of the Infant room and trying to get her some peace so she would be more comfortable. Thankfully it was just seasonal allergies, however what if next time it’s something bigger? Knowing my daughter is in the care of people who have learned her behavior to know when something isn’t right, show concern about that, and then take action to change it, is going above and beyond in childcare these days and is a level of care that is priceless. For her to take the time to comfort and do what she can to make my child feel better in that moment is more than just your everyday basic childcare. This situation has given me further confirmation that my child is where she needs to be and where she will continue to be. Thank you to Ms. Angie, you and your staff for loving my child and not just taking care of her but caring for her. I will sing my praises for PALS anywhere and everywhere!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of PALS for our sons daycare! He has been going there since he was 8 weeks old and is now 2 1/2. The teachers and the staff are always friendly and you can tell they really care about the kids there. I LOVE the teachers my son has and has had through the years because you can tell they love the kids and put so much work into what they do! We get update posts and pictures for the day and I love seeing how much fun they have and how much they are learning there as well. Jody and Angie are amazing in the front office as well! Not only in general but especially through COVID-19, they’ve handled very tough decisions and made us feel comfortable bringing our son there in a pandemic so that we can still go to work. I recommend PALS to anyone who is looking for a daycare in this area!

Our 7-month old son has been attending PALS for almost 4 months now and we just wanted to express how grateful and happy we are with the level of service provided. We were absolutely mind-blown with the amount of attention-to-detail and due diligence they put into providing us updates & requests. We love the complementary Brightwheel app that we can use to receive updates, videos, and pictures of our LO as he spends everyday with his friends and teachers. We 100% vouch for this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a 5-star daycare in the Greater Peoria area.
