worst school ever

would’ve put a 0 star but I cant the teachers are so rude and some of the teachers keep embarrassing people and making fun of the students it’s so annoying and the people there are so annoying. And one of the teacher makes us stay in because he doesn’t wanna do his duty so he just gives us work last min so we have to stay in and the teachers are such Karen’s and all they do is shout for no reason I get a freaking headache from all that like it’s not hard to not shout on the top of your lungs. The people and teachers there are just embarrassing and annoying. One of the students started swearing at a girl just because she had red hair and they started insulting her so bad. The people act like primary school kids like pls js grow up it’s high school. This is one of the worst schools I’ve gone to, I’ve been to around 6 different schools and this was the worst one. I would rather die than go to this school

You know the school is poor by how strict they are to useless things. This school is so strict with everything for no reason, they’re supposed to cater to parents to show how “reform” everyone is i guess but even parents hate it.

Their so bipolar with uniforms, like i get if a student wearing street clothes in school but it isn’t even just street clothes, they hate their own clothes too. As of right now they’re planning to get rid of their own hoodies, FOR WHAT REASON???? They cant even afford heaters and want the hoodies to be gone, thats wild

It isn’t even about education anymore its about how they look, and their failing alright because its so annoying for everyone involved,, should’ve seen the red flags when they won’t even let the students wear socks with a small print on it. I’ve had to buy 3 different pairs of shoes because of their indecisiveness, you can wear something for an entire month and oop, suddenly a dean tells you its not allowed anymore because they hate fun

I had the cutest belt ever but it was banned after a term because apparently shapes are illegal in this school. Like great, how is this gonna get me ready for a real job?

Can’t believe this school has a 3.4 rating now and is behind the Manurewa and Otara High Schools. Seems to have gone more backwards since I was there in the early to mid 00s judging by the reviews as well. Was once a good school!
The teachers are disrespectful they don’t help encourage the kids to achieve there goals or motivate them to learn, they also call them names and dumb, also they only care about year 9s and 10s not the rest, is a horrible teaching system for our youth who are willing to make a change!!!.
Went there back in the early 2000s before the influx of migrants took over. Was pretty average back then. I imagine it’s only gone downhill since then.

Not the best school for academics. They don’t segregate the smart kids and put them into advanced programs with other like minded kids like they do in other schools.

You’re simply tossed in the mix with other average kids. As a result the smart students don’t get a chance to shine or reach their potential.

The school also didn’t offer much in the form of extra curriculum activities during lunch or after school apart from sport.

The goal after graduating high school is MIT. Career Counsellors push smart students that way and the students who were average at academics are pushed more towards trades or retail.

You can imagine my amazement when I only saw 12 students from Pap High at Auckland Uni the following year. 12 out of the 250 that graduated high school with me.
