My only experience is from the registration process. My niece is transferring from Round Rock ISD I came into the school with all forms complete on 8/22. I was advised registration had closed and they were no longer accepting new students until day 1 of school. I was ok with that… the next words were “well our cut off time is 930 and there is no guarantee she will be completely registered.” Now this bit of information was a little shocking. The staff then proceeded to tell me if I have to be to work at a certain time it may be best to just register her for the first time the next day 8/29. I arrived on 8/29 at 750am school begins at 8:05 I am writing this review at 8:51am ?? I was prepared for a bit of a wait but this school is so very disorganized. Why are there students and parents returning from the day before after turning in all their paperwork still waiting to be processed? No one knew what was going on or how to handle the influx of new students to register. Now… I am no expert on how this registration process works but I am sure this school has been operational for more that just 8/28/17. This is not the first rodeo for these folks. More than 1 person should be able to register students even if it’s just for the 1st week of school. The customer service is awful no consideration for parents time or the fact that students are not in class. The register lady person (I don’t even know her name because she hasn’t acknowledged us at all) seems overwhelmed and also looks as though she needs a few lessons in delegating. We are waiting for yesterdays students to get registered before they can process new students today ??. WHY weren’t they registered yesterday???? It’s now 8:57am and we are still waiting…. what a very horrible experience I pray the teachers are more organized than the staff in the office. ??

The school seems to play favorites. Just In my opinion, The general students are treated as if they’re puppets. The AP classes are Spoiled,but are treated with packet’s that doesn’t help anybody.

Take into account that the school isn’t even taken seriously to read it’s comments or listen to students to how they can change the school for the better.

The teachers only follow orders, the real problem is how the higher up’s see the school and how to treat it. Yes in several occasions they have a done a great job,but from what i see they put very good education system in following teacher’s,but the worst don’t do anything to help the kids and stay in the room just to get paid.

I have no beef with the school i just care about my education and other’s the school does a great job time to time,but other times they mess up big time and completely mess with everyone’s head and the faculty don’t understand how to deal with kids who are rampant. They make it worst.

Please keep a watchful eye on your students. They will make the school fall with reviews and the school will go down in test grades your making kids feel uncomfortable.

The school is good but the teachers not so much. I always turn in my homework but this one math teacher always puts it in as missing or late and that makes me so frustrated because I need my grades because of my parents. The math teacher is Ms.Wright.
