This will be the 3rd year my 2 boys will be at PHCA. Covid shutdown played my hand at selecting this school because they were open when public schools closed. And if there was one good thing that came out of Covid, it was switching from public to private school. Since the school is small, the staff becomes like family. The PTF (parent teacher fellowship; functions like the PTA in public school), goes out of their way to make school fun and exciting. But the most important aspect of the school is that they put Christ first. They learn the Bible and memorize weekly verses. Chapel on Thursdays. My kids have nice friends and their parents are involved. My kids are surrounded by age appropriate information and I do not have to worry about the social views of the world indoctrinating my children’s minds.
My Girl was at preschool at this school. Some kids bullied my child and when I told her teacher(Jane). Jane was very mean and instead of helping; she said that my child doesn’t speak and might be lying. If the teacher herself doesn’t respect people what will she teach the kids.
