I took my girls here for “highlights.” (NOT FULL HEAD COLOR) The first day we spent from 12:30 PM to 7:45pm, and my daughter was crying through most of it. Day 1, my daughter’s hair stylist used over 8 cups of dye on her hair. We said NO RED and her hair ended up looking like the skunk version of the hamburger Wendy’s girl. She left so much dye, even after telling them, it was chunked up in my daughter’s hairline, ears, and neck, and she was itching the next day from it. From the beginning, communication was nonexistent with this hairdresser, and she left my daughter almost the whole time to socialize with other people. Because it was so bad, they braided it, and we had to come back the following day, 3.5 cups later, (11.5 total) Even after this entire disaster, waste of two of my days, I still paid over 150 for just her hair. We are from out of town, and this virtually ruined the last two days with family. My haircut was so bad I also had to have it redone, deep conditioned because it was so choppy, from the bad hair cut, dry and frizzy from the coloring. My last daughter didn’t get the color she asked for, but by the hours of doing it, and the other issues, I didn’t have the time or desire to redo it. Although the one director was super kind and helped fix the worst hair, I am now worried about how much chemicals my developing daughter had poured on her head. Spend the money and pay an actual stylist. They charge the hair dressers for tuition and still charge outrageous prices to ruin good hair. I would never go back, and strongly advise anyone else to not risk it.
They’ll love going to get me nails; an and toenails don’t there. This last time I got my toe nails done it took almost 4 hours. The student was trying so hard but obviously p one of her first or not confident yet. I felt the instructor could have checked her work and progress and possible provided some guidance to assist her. When two other manicures were completed if 45 minutes my student could have had more support. The student reached out to the instructor and other students but she either needs to her trained more so her confidence and knowledge can great. However, my tires did turn out amazing and looked professional and she did edit the set t street t get
