I called Paul Mitchell on Thursday looking to get my hair done by Emma after seeing her amazing work on Instagram. Emma was booked up for the day, but she gave me a call back offering to stay later to do my hair, which I was so appreciative of.
Emma made me feel so comfortable while discussing what I wanted and she even helped me figure out what would look best out of the two choices I brought with me. She made sure to listen to me and answer any question or concerns I had.
Emma is incredibly talented, and she made the entire experience memorable and so much fun. We had a lot of laughs and fun conversations, it felt like I was hanging out with a longtime friend. 🙂
My hair turned out amazing. The color and cut look beautiful, and I feel so confident in my new look. I had such a great time, and I will definitely be returning to see Emma again for any future services!??
I got my hair done by Abby K. & absolutely LOVE it! Very easy to talk to making the experience fun and comfortable! SheÂ’s great.
Everyone is so welcoming and the atmosphere is my favorite(the music adds to it, the people there, & the passion so many of the students have) , you feel at home ??
