I would not recommend anyone to go here for a service or as a student. The staff here are horrendous. They made me walk out of their building with product in my hair, hair wet, hair damaged and still forced to pay. I’ve had students work on my hair before and it has never came out this bad. I walked out crying because of how embarrassed I felt. The teacher had 4+ students working on my hair and I was there for more than 8 hours. The teacher only checked in about 1 time the whole time. The students were telling me how bad the school was and its ridiculous that the students have to pay so much tuition to be taught by this staff. I tried calling customer service and they didn’t return my calls. Just shows that both the staff and the institution only care about the profits and not the education to their students nor their services to the community.
I recently brought my mom in to have her haircut and permed. She’s 83 years old I’m particular about how her hair is done. This was our first visit to Paul Mitchell beauty College. A beautiful young girl named Mariela Perez Moreno cut and permed my mothers hair. She took her time was very careful. She did such a beautiful job so much so that mom plans on coming back really soon and having her hair dyed. She went to the same person for many years and just recently retired I was nervous about finding someone else to do here. The college price was great and affordable for my mom everyone so pleasant. The place was clean and comfortable. She will return thank you so much for treating her so well.

Andrea. has a promising future. I say this because she did good work and she listened to what I wanted done.
Most people just hear but they don’t really listen?

With that being said, I will continue to go back. She is my go to person.

On another note, I just want to say that I’ll be going back today to get a manicure from her. I loved her nails. She told me she did it herself. I was so impressed I said I want you to do my nails I want them to look like that so today I will go back and have them done.
