The student that was working on my hair was sweet as can be. Class instructor shouldn’t be teaching (Minnie). The hair color she mixed up for the student was totally wrong. I wanted blonde with darker highlights. I gave them a picture how I wanted my hair. My hair ended up being dark brown with a darker strip where my part is. It is horrible looking. Student went to get her teacher and she said that’s what I wanted. (Not True showed her the picture again) Then she gave me a little condiment cup with some clarifying shampoo to lighten it. (It did nothing) $115 isn’t cheap. I have called the school 5 times now to talk to a manager. One time I was sent to an answering machine. (No call back) The next 4 times I was sent to numbers that just rang and rang. I WANT MY HAIR REDONE WITH THE COLOR I REQUESTED! (Are there any people at your establishment that care about customer service?)
people were nice but i was originally told the price of what i wanted done would be around $55-$65, and they charged me $100 because of a toner that they didnt tell me would cost extra. they also didnt do my hair how i wanted, i showed an example photo to them and my hair came out looking pretty much the same as it looked when i walked in. (it was a color job) i wanted natural highlights and what they did to my hair did pretty much nothing and it looks very much the same as before. $100 down the drain, will not be going back. really disappointed
Jill K did such an amazing job. She was super patient with me. Understanding with my request of the color style I was looking for. Made me feel so comfortable in her chair. She was engaged with me and made me feel happy to have her as my stylist and kept me informed about the process. My color came out way better than I could have expected or imagined. I absolutely love it.
