Friendly and accommodating beauty salon. It’s not obvious that you’re in a teaching atmosphere. I received a shampoo and blowout with some styling. I look forward to a stylist who can give a good scalp massage during my time at the shampoo bowl and Travis did not disappoint! Very gentle and kind. My time was cut short so to help me out… Travis grabbed Jade to help finish my curls!! In doing so I had twenty minutes to get to my next destination!
I love my hair!! I’ve booked for the next three weeks while I’m visiting.

Usually my experience is very good and I’ve been supporting the school for many years, but I’m getting frustrated with Corporate switching my requested appointments and causing me awkward situations when I’m suddenly faced with someone who previously didn’t do my hair how I like it. One time I arrived to cover some grays and bring up my highlights, but was given a brand new student, who had never done color on a real person before–obviously, I changed my plans! Scheduling needs to stop interfering with already-scheduled appointments!
I love coming to Paul Mitchell, the school, Provo. The students in the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am confident in their abilities and love the vibrant atmosphere. Got a beautiful wash and cut. The only downside is when it is past 2 oclock the sun shines in the window And it gets a little too hot sometimes. Some blinds would be good.
