I have never been as dissatisfied with my hair as I am after visiting this establishment. Despite having had balayage treatments at various schools and salons, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. My hair was lifted to an 8 and toned to an almost orange hue. The result was marred by lines and horizontal streaks of unbleached hair, along with random polka dot-like spots.

When I addressed my concerns with the student, they insisted that my hair did not have streaks and spots, effectively gaslighting me. They also suggested that I could remove some of the orange brassiness with purple shampoo. However, these issues should not have arisen while I was still in the chair. The student, who is supposedly graduating in a few days, demonstrated a lack of skill that I believe the school needs to address before allowing them to graduate.

Edit: I had to pay to get it fixed back in IL because I had my sisters wedding in a few days and I didn’t realize till I got back to Florida that the back of my shirt and bra were bleached

I have two rows of extensions and regularly go to blow dry bars as it can be very time consuming to style them myself. I went to see Jenny for a wash + blow dry + style after seeing her work on social media and had a wonderful experience. She was so sweet and professional, taking the time even to evaluate my scalp health and explain certain things to me. She curled my hair perfectly and took great care of my extensions. Out of all of my experiences at the various blow dry bars in southwest Florida over the past few months, I felt my hair was styled the best by Jenny. I did watch the other students work as I was there and there was definitely some great talent amongst the others as well. The instructors are always walking around to help out when needed and overall I felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend.
I really liked Sydney and will miss her. She dose an excellent job at being a stylist and I’m sure that she’ll go far ln her profession. I have been at 4 PM throughout the US and this by far the BEST one that I’ve ever used. Everyone here is very pleasant and helpful. Different students have helped me out since I’m currently using a walker due to an injury that I recently had.. They made sure that I was able to get safely to the store next to the PM School. They even carried my packages for me. You really have some great people as students. Thank you. I’ll be back next month.
