What sets Paul Sadler Swimland apart is the genuine care they show for each child. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. Unlike other swim centres that seem more interested in your money than your child’s progress, Paul Sadler Swimland truly has your best interests at heart. The community feel of the center is wonderful, making it a place where both children and parents feel at home.
If you are looking for a place where your child can learn to swim in a nurturing and supportive environment, look no further than Paul Sadler Swimland. They have exceeded all our expectations, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!
After 4 lessons my 4 year old loves her classes and her teachers.
Shes so much more comfortable in the water, she finally let’s me wash her hair in the bath which has been a battle for the past 2 years!
A big thank you to the whole team, especially Ali and Sarah.
My boys attend here on a weekly basis, with genuine care and understanding from the staff members my kids actually can’t wait for the next lesson to jump in the water after initially being scared to having them waking up and asking if it’s swimming today.
Thanks to Dani and Emily in particular for all your hard work we really appreciate it 🙂
However, I came across an unexpected experience with a very rude receptionist with lack of empathy today. Her name is Jannine. Today, I had to use the bathroom in the girls shower area which is for swimmers in need due to the emergency toilet need of one of my girls. While waiting for her, I was trying to change her sister . Someone banged the door roughly two times , so I got my girl finished quickly and came out. It took altogether maximum 7 minutes since I checked the time I went in and out. Jannine was waiting outside with long face . Once I came out, she talked to us in a very bad manner stating like” Can’t you read the words written in the door”. I was trying to explain the urgency of the situation but she kept saying like she had to wait for 10 minutes which was not true. Even she accused me with the words” it is selfish ” in front of other people and in front of my girl without hearing or listening what I explained. I accept the fact that I used the bathroom for people in need. I accept the fact that she was angry for not being able to use the toilet when she needed it. But these do not give her right to label someone especially the genuine customers to label selfish. This is unacceptable. I did not confront her a lot there at that time since I did not want to make a scene and I felt it is not worth wasting time talking to someone who has lack of empathy.
I am very surprised that a very efficient learning swimming provider like Paul Sadler employed such an arrogant inconsiderate employee. It is such a shame. I am not normally a complainer but I feel I am not deserved to be treated this way. There are better ways to deal the similar situation in polite way. I genuinely do not want any other parents come across the similar bad experience.
I hope someone responsible for the centre see this and hope to avoid similar situations. I do hope the customers are treated with respect in the future.
