Pawnee Elementary School, Overland Park | Fees, Rankings, Address, Admission, Vacancies, Reviews & More

I have been sending my kids to this school for years now and the school was excellent and Mr. Justin Green the best! I had a child that was a hand full and the staff handle him like all the rest and this was 2009 or 2010 now I have 2 other children going here. I have been sending my children here since they started Pre-K and I just this year have had the most difficult time with the teachers at this school. I would call and call… no response I work and and my son was considered autistic and they would pick on him and pick on him. I would contact Mr. Green and he tried his best to call or email but it’s hard to sit and email when you have a house full of children and working 45-60hrs a week. Just call me! My daughter is getting into fights and coming home crying everyday. I could not send my children to school no more and feel that they were safe from kids nor teachers. So now they will be going to private school. where is Mrs. Kendricks when you need her?!!! lol Still a support of some of the teachers and staff there. Mrs. Schmidt you will be truly missed!!! Where ever these 2 teachers end up I would love to be apart of that environment! I have had a good run with Pawnee up until this year if I had known all the things that were going on at the beginning of they school year they would have been gone. I don’t trust the staff here anymore.

A great elementary school. They do everything can to encourage and educate the kids.
