I recently had a poor experience with the services at PCI academy. I had made an appointment 3 weeks prior to the date of my scheduled service, but when I went to get said service I was no longer booked. I was told that I would need to reschedule as they are already fully booked. I went as far as doubling checking my confirmation email, which I received two of, and even then I was not able to be serviced. This was a huge inconvenience as I am traveling tomorrow and solely booked the service for the vacation. Since the service takes about 2/3 hours, I was unable to book the said time they had available for later in the day as I had made arrangements to leave town. Additionally, was offered 25% off another service for another day, but as said earlier, I was only receiving service for upcoming trip. While I am not upset with the accommodations or the interaction with the staff (he was VERY polite), I am frustrated with your booking service.
Diana was so welcoming and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to her craft! Great service and a great experience overall. For someone just starting out I was pretty impressed with the professionalism and quality of her work. I will be recommending anyone who is interested in the slightest to Diana. Thank you for helping me achieve a healthier skin routine and for teaching me the essentials when it comes to my daily skin care. Your personality and the magic you can perform on your clients will take you far in your career! I will be seeing you very soon for my next appointment!
