We have been extremely disappointed at this place. We started inquiring about infant classroom availability in March 2022. Initially, we were scheduled a tour in April and two hours before the scheduled tour, I got an email from the corporate headquarter that our tour was cancelled. I tried to call again but was told that they are sort through the old applications and won’t offer any new enrollment until June 2022. I called and emailed several times after that and never got any response even after I left a voicemail. And in September, I was finally able to get hold of someone. I was told that they recently had a leadership change but there is availability in April 2023. They booked us a tour that very afternoon. Upon arrival, we were told that spot was already signed to someone else half an hour ago (we obviously could have come in earlier as well) but we can put down a $200 deposit if we want an August spot. We were literally speechless.
We love Peaceful Valley! The staff is so inviting, open, and loving. Our daughter Sylvie loves going to school and we feel good knowing that she has fun learning every day! It’s such a gift that they get to spend so much time outdoors. She really enjoys the food work and it’s so fun when she comes home and wants to show us the new things she learned like peeling a carrot or making bread. She is thriving with all the love and attention and positivity!
