Pearlite is truly exceptional! As a first-time mom with prior experience as a nanny, my standards for childcare were sky-high. I wasn’t just looking for a place where my daughter would be looked after; I wanted a warm environment where she would be cherished and cared for deeply. My goal was to find caregivers I could trust wholeheartedly, allowing them the freedom to guide her development without the need for constant oversight.

Nilo and Ceyhan are the epitome of what I had envisioned. Rather than being bogged down with unnecessary reports and updates throughout the day, I wanted caregivers who invested their time directly with the children. Nilo and Ceyhan exceed this expectation; they genuinely love and care for the children under their watch. They not only tend to their basic needs but also cultivate their interests, foster socialization skills, and impart valuable lessons, ranging from emotional understanding and self-dressing skills to introducing concepts in history, music, science, math, geography, colors, and shapes.

In short, Nilo and Ceyhan are a dream come true.

Our family remains grateful and delighted to have connected with Pearlite Montessori. Our child attended there for a year and a half, and received the most amazing balance of a loving, nurturing family – centered place along with challenging and creative educational activity. The community- centered focus that Nilo brings into the classroom/daycare space has so many positive ripple effects within the group of children, as well as the circle of families who surround them. We are forevergrateful for this experience, and it will remain as a hugely positive impact on our family. Cannot recommend enough!
My son started going here when he was just over 2 years old. Before then he was with me 24/7 and I was SO hesitant to send him to preschool. Miss Nilo and Ceyhan were so loving and welcoming, my son adapted in no time at all!

The school was so wonderful that even when we moved an hour away we still chose to drive our son there the last year before he entered public school.

Now is smart, independent, thoughtful, and social and we owe it ALL to Miss Nilo and Pearlite Montessori Home.
