We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Peques Nursery School for our 2.5-year-old daughter after relocating from California to London. The positive change in her attitude towards school and the genuine joy she exudes when talking about her experiences at Peques are truly heartwarming.

The integration week played a crucial role in setting the tone for our daughter’s newfound enthusiasm for school. Unlike her previous nursery school experience, the tears at drop-off have been replaced with waves and excitement to join her teachers and friends. This quick and smooth transition is a testament to the warm and nurturing environment created by the dedicated staff at Peques.

The teachers at Peques are not only professional but also young, energetic, and radiate joy in their interactions with the children. Their enthusiasm is infectious, making the school a vibrant and engaging place for our little one. It’s evident that they genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child.

We’re also impressed with the fact that all meals are prepared daily on the premises ensures that our daughter receives wholesome and fresh food. We’ve noticed positive changes in her eating habits and openness to exploring new foods, a welcome shift from her previous, albeit temporary reluctance.

One of the highlights for us is the introduction of Spanish learning. The multicultural and inclusive ethos of Peques aligns perfectly with our values as a bilingual household, and we believe it provides an enriching experience for our child.

In summary, Peques Nursery School has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and wholeheartedly recommend Peques to any parent looking for a caring and enriching nursery school experience for their child.

The best nursery you could possibly find in the Fulham area, our son joined in Sept 2023 and we have never looked back! All the teachers are amazing and very kind to the children, treating young people with respect and always offering them a choice.
I personally loved that the nursery offers many options for activities that are inside – the first time I went for a visit I noticed that the rooms are organised in a way that children can pick their own activity – go and read a book with a teacher, get busy playing with water and water toys, go to the kitchen and make cookies, pizzas, ice lollies and then eat it all together later, the nursery also offers extra curriculum activities – yoga and sports, also a huge garden with different zones – climbing frames, bikes, little garden area, but the best asset of the nursery are the teachers who always give fantastic feedback by the end of the day, providing advice and working with parents as a team to bring the best in their children.
Our son has been at Peques for nearly 3 years and from day one I felt like I was leaving him with family. The staff are caring and affectionate and build incredible bonds with the children. The day to day curriculum and activities are really thought out and the rate at which I have seen my son develop over the years is incredible. They learn through play which is so important at that age and I am constantly amazed with the level of information the kids retain at such a young age. We are particularly happy with the language exposure the kids get. My son is fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and seems to understand a bit of Mandarin as well!
We actually had the option to send our son to a nursery that is literally next door to us but instead we commute an extra 40 minutes each way to take him to Peques because we can see what an impact the nursery has had on him and we absolutely love the staff. Placing him in Peques is the best decision we have made for our son and I would highly recommend it to other parents.
My eldest son joined Peques (Fulham Broadway) over 2 years ago and my youngest son joined earlier this year. I feel that Peques is truly a special place that fosters a warm, loving and supportive learning environment. The staff genuinely care about each child, and are always coming up with fun and creative ways to support their learning. My sons are confident and happy kids that love going to nursery. They also enjoy learning Spanish and Mandarin. My eldest son, understands everything that is said to him and can speak Spanish at nursery among his friends and the teachers. It’s obviously not a perfect nursery – there is a high turnover of staff at the moment which isn’t ideal. Hopefully that will settle down in the new year. It also has a large garden which is hard to find in London.
My son has been at Peques three days a week since he was 18 months old. The kindness and child centric approach is what makes Peques stand out. The garden in the bigger Peques is particularly good for busy boys like my son! To give you a flavour, 3 year olds are given lots of learning activities, almost monthly events to make life that bit more exciting, trips to the Aquarium, Winter Wonderland etc. They make a big deal of birthdays and cultural events and have recently started a Thursday library to encourage reading. Its above and beyond what I would expect and I’m hugely grateful that my Son has experienced some fantastic/ happy times there
