The integration week played a crucial role in setting the tone for our daughter’s newfound enthusiasm for school. Unlike her previous nursery school experience, the tears at drop-off have been replaced with waves and excitement to join her teachers and friends. This quick and smooth transition is a testament to the warm and nurturing environment created by the dedicated staff at Peques.
The teachers at Peques are not only professional but also young, energetic, and radiate joy in their interactions with the children. Their enthusiasm is infectious, making the school a vibrant and engaging place for our little one. It’s evident that they genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child.
We’re also impressed with the fact that all meals are prepared daily on the premises ensures that our daughter receives wholesome and fresh food. We’ve noticed positive changes in her eating habits and openness to exploring new foods, a welcome shift from her previous, albeit temporary reluctance.
One of the highlights for us is the introduction of Spanish learning. The multicultural and inclusive ethos of Peques aligns perfectly with our values as a bilingual household, and we believe it provides an enriching experience for our child.
In summary, Peques Nursery School has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and wholeheartedly recommend Peques to any parent looking for a caring and enriching nursery school experience for their child.
I personally loved that the nursery offers many options for activities that are inside – the first time I went for a visit I noticed that the rooms are organised in a way that children can pick their own activity – go and read a book with a teacher, get busy playing with water and water toys, go to the kitchen and make cookies, pizzas, ice lollies and then eat it all together later, the nursery also offers extra curriculum activities – yoga and sports, also a huge garden with different zones – climbing frames, bikes, little garden area, but the best asset of the nursery are the teachers who always give fantastic feedback by the end of the day, providing advice and working with parents as a team to bring the best in their children.
We actually had the option to send our son to a nursery that is literally next door to us but instead we commute an extra 40 minutes each way to take him to Peques because we can see what an impact the nursery has had on him and we absolutely love the staff. Placing him in Peques is the best decision we have made for our son and I would highly recommend it to other parents.
