My little boy settled in very quickly to this lovely nursery when he started there just before his 1st birthday. The do lots of fun activities with him and it’s great seeing pictures of these uploaded to their app. They are quick to respond to any questions and offer chats to discuss any concerns we’ve had re behaviour etc. Couldn’t fault them and everyone has been so welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery. Thank you
I can’t say enough nice things about Perfect Start Nursery in Horsham. As a proud dad, I have witnessed firsthand the remarkable impact this nursery and the incredible staff have had on my (very nearly) three-year-old daughter, Cleo. It’s a nursery where caring, compassion, and education blend seamlessly together, shaping Cleo into a kind, caring, and clever little girl.

The staff’s dedication is beyond commendable. They are not just educators or caretakers; they are incredible people who invest their hearts and souls into every child’s well-being and development. From Babies room through to Preschool 1 where she is now, Cleo has been in very safe hands. The team in preschool 1 (Emily, Diana, Hannah, Jade, Jeff, OIivia, Daisy) make every day for Cleo magical and I love to hear all the stories she’s brimming with when I go to collect her. I want to give a special mention to the Preschool 1 room leader, Becca – it says a lot about her when I ask Cleo who her best friend at nursery is and without any hesitation she says Becca. Thank you for helping us in nurturing a caring, intelligent and kind little girl. Natalie and I cannot thank you enough.

My little girl loves it at Perfect start. There are times when she doesn’t want to come home.
Kayleigh and her pre school team are amazing. I cannot the praise the whole team enough. They are always posting great images of what is happening and what they are doing.
Our son joined Perfect Start as a shy and slightly anxious child in the summer of 2021 after our move from Croydon. 2 years later he leaves a kind, confident and creative little dude. This is in large part due to the wonderful staff at Perfect Staff. They brought him out of himself and supported him relentlessly. They helped him find his interests as well as steering him through a difficult period of behaviour after an operation. We couldn’t have hoped for a better nursery when we moved to Horsham. We will genuinely miss Janice and the guys. Just fantastic.
