Just wanted to throw in a few good words for Ms. Estrella. I came in this morning to drop off My 3 years old daughter and Ms Estrella greeted us very kindly, smiling as usual, all the while telling me how excited she is that My daughter is using the potty more often.

Ms Estrella was also excited to tell me about her new strategy; creating paper crowns for the kids that say “Potty Queen” as a reward, which then motivates all other kids in the room to use the potty more.

It’s great to know that there is positive and supportive person looking after our daughter. Especially one that cares about My daughter’s success and well being.

Lastly, when I arrive to drop my daughter off at the room, Ms Estrella is always quick to pick her up and talk to her just because my girl always needs a hug to start the day. Even this morning Ms Estrella was preparing the 9am snack with rubber gloves on, saw that My girl wouldn’t walk into the room, took off her rubber gloves and picked up my daughter just so I could leave. That helps me greatly with drop-off.

We are giving Ms Estrella a great review for being a happy and positive leader.

Over all most of the staff are friendly and genuinely caring individuals. Our children initially were coming home with common colds and such but that is to be expected from any child care. This is a great place to get your child socializing with other children. The only inconsistency is that your to get a photo of your child during their day via email and that only happens 40%. We have brought that to peter pan’s attention. This is not a cheap child care but I know the care is better than others!
