I have no previous experience or knowledge playing guitar. I just retired and doubted my ability to pick up a new skill. Even so, my sons encouraged me to give it a try. So I did. My guitar teacher, Casey, has been great: patient, knowledgeable and intuitively adapted to what he perceives to be my learning needs, both my skills and my growing edges. He also encourages me when Im doing well which I really appreciate. Ive been taking classes now for about five months and, to my surprise, I am playing the introduction of Dust In the Wind by Kansas, actually fingerpicking: I cant believe it! I have much to learn, however, Im doing things with the guitar that I never thought possible. And my friends and family are also impressed. Im very glad I took the chance and enrolled in Pilsen Music Studio.
Pilsen Music Studio is amazing! I appreciate the staff and the support received from Sam on social member during my first performance with the company. I take singing lessons with Kara and she is phenomenal! It’s been years since I’ve taken vocal lessons and in 6 months I’ve noticed a major difference in my vocal abilities. She is a kind spirited professional that sees the potential in my voice. Kara sends me challenging, yet beneficial vocal recordings, and if she finds anything on social media to help me understand what I’m doing and why I’m doing it. I’m glad that I chose Kara as my vocal coach.
