95% of the teaching staff are excellent teachers. The others diagnose kids (hello, outside their score much???) with things they dont have, the SpEd coordinator/specialist said a neurodevelopmental psychologist isnt a doctor who can diagnose dyslexia so my kid doesnt actually have it (he does, well documented by various doctors and specialists far more qualified than her), there is a problem with bullying that is lied about by the admin, 21 teachers have quit this year, and the principal excels at gaslighting and they hire unqualified family members of various favorite staff to fill support positions, positions they claim are for SEL support yet the behaviorist is a hobby shop manager with an old IT degree from a discredited university . Also very politically charged and hostile. We now homeschool and can point you to at least 30 families whove withdrawn or will not return this year.
I cannot speak highly enough of this school! From the enthusiasm and dedication of the staff and leadership to the quality of education, the school community and culture…I could go on. My daughter is not only getting an excellent education but she is in love with her school and teacher and learning! We couldn’t ask for more!
