I purchased an introductory flight class as a birthday gift for my husband last year. When I paid for it, the lady said that she would email me a gift certificate, so that I could give it to my husband. I never received the certificate but because my husband loved the idea I just figured they were too busy

When I called in to schedule the class, they were having inspections done in two of their aircraft’s so she said she would contact me to book because they were trying to figure out their schedule. 4 months went by and never heard from them. I called them multiple times and by miracle one day someone answered the phone I explained that my husband was going to have surgery and I didn’t want to lose the money, so I asked if we could reschedule after his recovery, the person on the phone said sure, not a problem, just call us back when you are ready to book it. I have been calling and emailing since the end of April and they never got back with me
