They terminated me for no call no show, even though all 3 days they claim were no call no show were approved. Two days were because my back arthritis flared up and the third day was an approved day off for my daughters important doctors appointment. They also claimed that my direct deposit wasn’t working even though they deposited $0.00 in my account at the beginning of September. I have yet to receive my paycheck, even though I was sent a paystub.They don’t provide proper training nor when they assign you your classroom they don’t give you a heads up about what type of classroom or students you’d be working with
This was the 2nd worst company i had worked for this year. The office staff DO NOT communicate very well with other staff & the main bosses are not very understanding at all. They are unprofessional. They took me off my assigned campus just to put another replacement..there was no reason at all to throw me on call & ask me to travel 52 miles one way to a school which didnt even need a behavioral aide. Losing all my hours has caused me to lose my apartment..not that these people have a heart to care. I seriously would NOT recommend Point Quest to anyone. Potential employees or students. This place is horrible!!
I was a student of point quest i was not the best or the worse student i had hard times with some of the teachers.It wasnt hard because they where mean or they didnt care. They where hard on us because we didnt care. They see something in each student and help bring the best out in them selves. Theres not one teacher there who cares about themselves. And I thank all of them for helping me find who i am today. Raymond jacobs
