My daughter has never experienced child care before this year. Since August, she has been so happy, so different, so much more social, and every single day she is excited to go to school! I am forever grateful for the love and compassion that this establishment has shown my daughter and our family. I am so comfortable with her being there daily and we have had no incidents whatsoever. Communication is exceptional via Remind and we never miss any activities, parent meetings, or events due to this app. It is great for parents like myself that are always on the move. Everyone from administration to the front desk is caring. The way that EVERYONE takes the time to know the students and their families amazes me. I am thankful for Ms. Guy and her patience and Ms. Margarita for hers as well. They ensure that the projects reflect family engagement and that when my daughter enters Kindergarten she will be emotionally and socially prepared. I love her teachers. I highly highly highly recommend this center. It exceeded my expectations and I am beyond proud to be a PLUM parent.
Just wanted to post to share another perspective, since I saw a negative review on here. I have an infant daughter at PLUM Academy, and we have had nothing but positive experiences so far. She always leaves happy, and her instructors seem very attentive to her well being. Every staff member is intentional about remembering my daughter’s name, and she gets greeted warmly every morning. There are lots of cool resources available, like a vending machine that spits out free books, state-of-the art facilities with art everywhere, and community activities (like a Halloween party). Keeping in-the-loop about what is happening at PLUM can be tricky if you aren’t receiving their Remind app updates, but downloading the app doesn’t take too long.
