My nail gal has the most amazing eyelashes. We were chatting about lashes and she told me that she gets hers lifted and tinted by Laura at PR. I reached out to Laura to try a lift and tint and wow. What a time to be alive. The service took a while because the girl who did my lashes was still learning and Laura came to check her work but it was amazing. My lashes looked like they had natural extensions and mascara on them for like 3 months.

The second time I went, I was talking to Laura about my eyebrows. She recommended waxing and tinting them. I was definitely into tinting them but I was nervous about waxing because I have naturally thin eyebrows already. Laura assured me that they would look fuller and thicker when she was done. Again, I was nervous but trusted her and damn. I don’t know what type of witchcraft that was but amazing.

I have shared my amazing lash and brow experience with friends who now see Laura and she is so great with referral discounts which I really appreciate. Overall, just a huge fan. I love having great hair, skin, and nail techs who I can trust and who take care of their clients!

Had my younger sister wash her hair here and she came back with all the dandruff/flakes still in her hair. I went back to ask why the poor service and they gave me the most ridiculous excuse ever. In the manager’s words “it’s winter time that’s why they were unable to wash off all the dandruff from her hair.” What???? That’s the lamest excuse I have ever heard of. It’s very obvious whoever did her hair cannot handle african american hair. It’s not the first time in the winter she has washed her hair and I just did mine and we both have the same hair problems. and other salons(students) have always done it right. She came back with her hair looking worst than mine which I did a week ago and at a cheaper price. So there’s no getting what you paid for here when there are other places offering high quality at a much cheaper price. We went to this salon because it is closer.
She didn’t wash the bottom of my hair so I walked around rest of day with dye on it (bottom where it still looks wet is all dye). Also got on my sweater, no apology even (mid bottom pic right). Color has a slight red tint to it. Hair cut is nice but front too short. Was supposed to start at chin.
