It’s taken me a while to write this review as I wrap my head around my experience. The school is beautiful and clean, and they offer some awesome electives like gymnastics and soccer for kiddos. That being said, this school is a great fit if you have a perfect child. We enrolled our toddler after meeting with staff and providing complete transparency about the issues our son had with biting (he is 2). We were looking for a partnership to help my son, and my husband and I were taking every step possible to support at home. Our son had received multiple incident reports in his first two weeks. We signed each one and asked for a call or meeting to discuss a plan for my son’s success. We received no feedback from teachers or staff, which is what we had asked for from the beginning. After just two weeks, we got a voicemail, when I called back the owner just said there had been too many bites and it “wasn’t a good fit”. After the 2 minute call, I received a text reiterating that my son was not to return to the school. There was no call, no text, and no email to discuss a plan of action or any attempt to support or remediate the situation. I was absolutely heart broken. As full time working parents of a toddler, I had dedicated so much time and effort to finding what I thought would be the perfect fit. I had so much confidence that this school would partner with us. I do fully understand and acknowledge that biting multiple times is unacceptable, but we enrolled with a plan and I had evaluations, appointments, and even webinars scheduled to support my son however I could. This experience wrecked me. I struggled to put him into another daycare for fear or repeating the same pattern. My son started at a new school a week later and has been there for 2 weeks without a single incident. I’m sure this is an amazing fit for a lot of kids, but if you’re looking for a partnership, this may not be the right fit for you.

The Premier Prep staff have become such a large part of our family. They helped ease the jitters of not only our two little ones but us as parents as well. Not only did we have to navigate moving to a new state, but also started our children in daycare for the first time. The staff was reassuring and kept us updated on our childrens’ progress throughout their transition. We also were at ease with the hygiene and cleaning standards of the school, especially during cold and flu season! The classrooms and toys were cleaned every day. I would often come in for pick up in the evenings and see the floors mopped and tables wiped down.

The staff quickly became like family to us, all of them knowing our children’s names and being so friendly. We also appreciated the Christian-based curriculum, allowing our children to begin growing in their faith.

The Pre-K program has prepared my oldest for kindergarten and now she loves learning. I couldn’t have asked for a better early childhood program for my children! Thank you for everything you’ve all done over the past two years.
