II AM OFFICIALLY STREET LEGAL thanks to Primary Driving School!!! I called this school 5 days before my road test and the owner, Fernando was so helpful in fitting me in for a lesson and the road test date. For such a short notice, he made sure it worked with my availability and my preference. Also, the prices are so exceptional for the quality of service they give. I only booked one lesson and then the next, was the road test. The instructor assigned to me was Victor, and he was such a great guy. He was so patient, clear and taught me the little tricks in parking that got me to do it perfectly after 2 tries. I’m usually an anxious driver, but he made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel. On the day of my road test, I decided to add a 50-min lesson prior to going to the test. This time, Fernando himself actually instructed me. This just shows how much this driving school cares about their students because Fernando could’ve simply told me that all his instructors were all booked, but instead, he made the time to personally teach me and take me to my road test. Fernando gave me the best tricks and tips to remember when it comes to the Wayne road test site. He is very knowledgeable, clear and concise and he made sure you understood. He gave me scenarios of when I make a mistake, and how I can adjust myself to fix it. He makes you think out of the box! When it came to the road test, every tips both victor and fernando gave, helped me out so much and aced parking, k turn, reversing and turns. Imagine, I only started driving and because of them, they got me to pass in under 5 minutes. I recommend this school to everyone!!! 10/10 quality service. Thank you so much Victor and Fernando!

My son found the lady instructor to be excellent, teaching him everything he needed. However, the gentleman in the office was disappointingly rude when I called to inquire about my son’s progress after a 6-hour lesson. His raised voice and lack of courtesy were not reflective of proper client treatment.

My review was an honest one and you responded with a long lie and gaslighting comments. I am not stupid I can understand English very well. Yes I have an accent because I was not born and raised here in the US but i can speak 4 languages. I only ask you once to repeat your statement because you were cutting off. I didn’t blame you for anything nor complaining. I was just asking you about the progress of my son and how to get the certificate for his finished driving lesson. And I know I asked you in a polite manner. But you answered me sarcastically like you were unhappy answering my questions with your raised voice. I hope you won’t treat your future clients like you did to me for your business to be more successful. I wish you well and your business.

If I could rate O stars I would, everyone here is rude especially the guy at the front desk, we had a problem and my instructor told me to call the office to solve it, the guy at the front desk basically called me a liar but all did was tell him what the instructor told me to do, he told me that he spoke to the instructor and she said she never said or advised me to do that, so am I making stuff up? They told me to stop by to talk to them and I didn’t end up doing that because the disrespect they serve tires you out and drains you, they don’t give you any room to talk and explain yourself, they don’t hear you out at all and don’t try to work things out with you, I’m never coming back or recommending this place to anyone. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. There are plenty of other options that are not only more affordable but also treat their customers with respect and courtesy. Avoid this place at all costs!
