Sadly I didn’t make my year mark at primrose but I can honestly say I most definitely enjoyed working here the front office staff is top tier the teachers are wonderful you will get updates on your child throughout the day plus pictures which I think is pretty cool I even witnessed moms calling about there child and the staff will most definitely update you with pictures of what your child is doing immediately.Ms.Brittany is a understanding person if you just let her know ahead of time she is a good person to communicate with she most definitely goes out her way for the teachers every time. Every trip I had planned I was able to take because I put it in before my two weeks mark which I feel like was pretty cool. Ms.Amber was also pretty open to have a conversation with about how you feel she try her best to help you feel comfortable at her school. I was getting overwhelmed with little pay so I found a better paying job that’s the only reason why I left promise I kept asking for a raise and it was getting declined Houston to expensive to be making 13$ but I will highly recommend this school to any body as I was in every school room at the school especially first time moms the infant room is one of the best rooms at the daycare I just love how the lady’s in the class room hold and care for all the babies in the class room. I will most definitely will be bringing my babies to primrose school of balmoral in the future. 10/10 I most definitely recommend

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We started at Primrose Balmoral in September 2023 when our daughter was only 3 months old. We chose Primrose first for its convenient location, but even more for the warmth and welcoming atmosphere we felt the second we walked in for our tour. Everyone was so kind and encouraging, and the history and curriculum speaks for itself. It’s amazing to see what she learns everyday. It’s hard to be away from her, but the app updates help us feel like we know what she’s up to and what she’s learning. The teachers in her class help us feel more confident as parents and always lend a reassuring ear that we’re doing ok. I think that’s the hardest thing as new parents, to trust your gut and feel you’re doing a good job, and the teachers at Primrose Balmoral really help you feel like they’re on your team to help your child be the best they can be. We know our precious baby is in good hands with the Primrose Balmoral team!
