The individuals at Primrose School at Edinburgh Commons are some of the most caring, friendly, responsible, and loving people I could ever hope to have care for my children. We have had kids in almost every level of classroom so far and have not been disappointed with a single teacher. I know that when I leave my kids there for the day that they are safe, as well as being nurtured both mind and spirit. Their curriculum is a combination of both education and fun that helped my now elementary school aged child be prepared to thrive in kindergarten, and have the confidence to navigate all the social struggles that come with getting older. This facility is not just a daycare, it is a community, and I wouldnt trust my children anywhere else. Worth absolutely every penny!!
Tried to enroll our child into this school shortly after moving to Virginia. We paid a $500 deposit and were told there should be a spot open in several weeks. Almost a year went by and the school still did not have a place for him to attend. We had to enroll him into another school obviously and Primrose refused to refund us our deposit. We do not make a lot of money and work hard to put our child in a good environment. It was very unethical and immoral for this business to not only give us the run-around for almost a year, but then keep our money when they never provided any services to us.
