We have had two students in Primrose since 2020 and have found the school to be very supportive of our children through some very challenging and unprecedented times. While COVID presented circumstances that no one could possibly plan for, I thought the school did an excellent job of communicating with parents and providing transparency to policies and procedures as they evolved with the health department.

From an academic perspective, I think the Primrose curriculum sets the students up for success as they progress from year to year. Our oldest graduated last year and is now performing head and shoulders above classmates in the new first grade setting.

The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the unfortunate retention challenges with the teaching staff. This is not unique to Primrose. I’ve seen it in many early childhood education settings – especially in the current economic environment. It’s tough to keep good staff. That said, Primrose has never lacked coverage for a classroom and continues to provide a consistent level of education for every student.

My children have loved their Primrose experience (they love their teachers, the lunches, and the friends they have made) and as parents, we have been very pleased with the care and education as well.

I’ve had all 3 of my kids go through Primrose at Mountainside, starting in the infant room with Beverly all the way through Kindergarten with Andrea. The teachers and staff are wonderful and love my kids like family. My kids have been potty trained there. We’ve lived through Covid in a safe environment. They were prepped for Kindergarten. I’m going to be very sad when my littlest graduates!

*Also, we started at another local daycare chain so I have something to compare Primrose to. Primrose far exceeds the other schools in the area.

The little bit of money earned here is not worth the headache or your health. I’ve been working with the infants on this school for a 2 week now & I’ve already gotten sick. Every other week there’s a new sickness in this place . It’s Unbelievable ! The people in charge are very rude & do not care about their workers AT ALL !

REPLY TO BEVERLY ,

You don’t know me ? But ironically you’ve been there 7 years & you only came to write a review AFTER I left mine expressing my opinion about this hell hole….. smells paid for.
