We’ve been with Primrose since 2017 (over 6 years). Our now 8 year old, started when she was 1 1/2. I was very hesitant to send her anywhere, but loved the hours (6:30AM-6:30PM) and that lunch and snacks were included. We ended up loving all of her teachers throughout the years (she stayed in Primrose through Kindergarten). Our only negative throughout those years was high turnover, but I’m convinced it had a lot to do with the previous owners. When you pay your employees crap and treat them terrible, there’s only so much you can love children before that doesn’t become important anymore. Luckily, there is new owners, and some of our favorite employees have even returned since! We started our youngest daughter in the infant classroom at 12 WEEKS (shot out to the most incredible infant teachers ever)! I would never send my infant to daycare unless I whole heartedly trusted the staff and they took care of her and continue to do so. She’s now 3 and we still have her at Primrose and plan to keep her there until Kinder as well. We love all the ladies at the front desk (Brockey, Friendt, Tolpe) and all the teachers (Soto, Mirenda, Sherry Cherry, Stotts, Lewis, DeSantos, Fig and the list goes on). We love that we get updated throughout the day with meals, photos and potty/diaper changes on the app they use, Procare as well. Only thing I always wish and hope for in the future is that the staff is appreciated and paid what they deserve! They spend more time with our kids than we do! If you’re ever curious about Primose Palm Valley, just schedule a tour and you can see for yourself the way it’s run and how happy the kids are there.
I have the deepest gratitude for the kindness, energy, and compassion Ms. Sharitt has shown towards my son during his time at Primrose School.

Her warm smile and vibrant energy make every school day a little brighter for him, and her caring actions have not gone unnoticed by either of us. I vividly remember the day I forgot to make a hat for the hat parade, and she crafted that adorable hippo hat just in time. It was such a thoughtful and creative gesture that made him feel so special and included.

I also can’t thank her enough for standing beside him during the Christmas concert. It was his first time on such a big stage, and having her there provided the comfort and confidence he needed to shine. Her presence made all the difference.

Her quick thinking and calm demeanor were invaluable when he had that unexpected bloody nose. She handled the situation with such expertise, helping him manage his worry while addressing the physical issue. It was a relief to know he was in such capable hands.

Moreover, her gentle encouragement has been instrumental in easing the transitions at drop-off. Saying goodbye in the mornings used to be so difficult for him, but her reassuring presence has helped make those moments a lot smoother and less stressful for both of us.

Ms. Sharitt, your dedication to the well-being and happiness of all the children at Primrose School is truly inspiring. Thank you for everything you do, day in and day out. We are so grateful to have you in our lives.

This place is amazing. My girls have been going here for a combined 4 years. All of the staff is amazing with all the kids and know all of their names, likes and dislikes. They give TLC on those extra hard drop off days and They provide breakfast and lunch with snacks in between. The outdoor space is immaculate with different jungle gyms that are age appropriate. They bring in outside vendors like a petting zoo for the kids to enjoy. They are 100% trustworthy with my children and I am extremely over protective. I have even forgotten shoes once or twice and staff went to the back and found a pair for my daughter for the day. From the research (countless hours of research) the prices are competitive for what they offer. Please ignore all the negative reviews on google, ppl are more likely to complain than to compliment but I will tell you first hand I have never questioned their love and caring of the well being of my girls. Primrose rocks!!
