Word of Advice: When you call for a tour of the school ask if your child’s age group is full to begin with.

I called the school for a tour and they were polite and prompt. They asked the age of my child so they could figure what class I would be seeing and then scheduled my family for an appointment.
We arrived the next day and the owner showed us around the facility, which was informative, and very impressive.
Upon ending she told us that she thought their was a wait list for his class until the end of June but needed to confirm tomorrow (which is today). I called today to find out what the status was as I was ready to enroll my child when I was told the wait list was until around october…I then asked why I was giving a tour for a facility that has no availability for 6 months. I then decided, that the school might be worth the wait so to please put me on the wait list. I was then told by the enrollment person Ms. P(cant remember her exact last name Petrowski maybe) that they would need me to fill out a pre-registration form and give $100 non-refundable fee. I wouldn’t mind giving the registration fee if I had a confirmed start date. However, just like any other private school you have to sign a contract and a commitment and pay registration fees…Asking for a deposit when you don’t have a start date confirmed is ridiculous as well, it isn’t about the $100 but you would give a security deposit on an apartment to not know when your moving in.

Bottom line: school looks wonderful. Customer service in my opinion was not appropriate I don’t appreciate my time being wasted to be turned away. They should tell you ahead of time there is a wait list and then you can decide whether you still want to see it or not.

I think choosing Primrose Ahwatukee school for our son is THE BEST decision we’ve ever made. Before attending here, we had some good experience in other daycare, but we didn’t kwon how great it could be until we started here. Our son learned to take regular naps. He likes to go to school every morning. He always has great energy when we picked him up in the afternoon. We have many pictures with him having a big smile on his face during the day. Recently our son had an accident due to unknown illness condition. When it happened at school, the teachers and directors stayed professional and took the right actions immediately. Thanks to them, our son was not in danger. During the time I was there terrifying and shaking, the directors were hugging me and cared so much about us, they even went to the doctors with us so that they can better describe to the doctor of what exactly had happened. I couldn’t express enough how thankful I am to have them as our son’s teacher and caregiver. Thank you Ms Bri, Ms Haley, Mrs. De Castro, Mrs Ochoa, Mr and Mrs Hunnicut. I always felt welcomed whenever I walked into the school, but on that day, I felt like being part of the family. Thank you again for everything and for taking such a great care of our precious little one. I highly highly recommend Primrose Ahwatukee to anyone who is looking for the best care to their children.
