I do not have enough words to articulate my love for this educational facility. I have my 3 year old and 8 month old attending Primrose. This is not your normal daycare center. From the moment that you walk in the difference is clear. The facility is clean and updated. The toys, training materials, and playground is updated, new, and feels high end. Now for the most important part
the staff! All staff I have interacted with here represent professionalism, kindness, understanding, and overall exceed expectations. The other day, I was struggling with mom life and required an additional set of arms. My daughter refused to take off her shoes to enter the infant room and insisted on wearing sanitary booties as an alternative. Chef Tracy was delivering breakfast and witnessed my struggles. He came to my rescue and assisted in helping my daughter finagle these surgical boots on over her shoes. I dont believe that is in his job description but neverless he was there to help. Her teachers, Ms. Kianna and Ms. Namu have consistently helped in making the morning transition of saying goodbye easier by tasking my daughter with various roles. This helps out more than they will ever know. This is a fun, safe, exceptional learning institution and I would implore anyone looking for childcare to look no further. Thank you, Primrose family for the exceptional care and environment that you provide for my children!
After parting ways with our beloved nanny when my son was 18 months old, we opted to try a center/school for childcare. We toured several, but Primrose stood out in the friendliness of staff, organization by leadership and administrative staff, cleanliness of the building, intentional curriculum, and indoor gym (game changer for a little boy). One year later and we continue to be impressed! We recently started our daughter in the infant classroom and have had a wonderful experience. All of the staff, not just their individual teachers, know our children’s names and clearly are invested in caring for and understanding them. The teachers are calm, compassionate, and patient. Teachers and leadership have been wonderful at communicating with us. We trust the teachers’ judgement; we’ve asked teachers for input and advice several times and found it really helpful! We love all the “extras” that they do (family events, Grandparent’s day, water days, etc) that make it clear that they are invested in family and having fun! We have said, many times over, how thankful we are for our children to be at Primrose.
When I walked in the door of Primrose School it did not take me long to notice how the center looked; childrens work on the walls caught my eyes and brightened the center! The children walked by with their teachers looking joyful and engaged. The administrative team was pleasant and steadfast professional. As I read through their philosophies, one area that mostly caught my attention was We All Belong and the Power of Belongingness and that these two concepts are about creativity and maintaining an environment where everyone feels included and where similarities and differences are nurtured and respected. I did feel it when I walked in the doors of Primrose school! It reminds me of the African proverb It takes a village, because indeed it takes all of us to provide a safe healthy environment for children. To give them the security they need to develop and flourish and to be able to realize their hopes and growth.
