Never have I been treated so disrespectfully, there was an issue with payment, which is completely understandable. I am in the middle of a divorce and communication between parents have been hard, so instead of coming to me and telling me about what has been going on. The Director, Cristi McCracken. Proceeded to yell at me and tell me that my child is not welcome at her facility because payments have not been made. I walk in there every day and no one could have pulled me aside to make me aware of the balance that was accumulating due to non payment from my EX. She embarrassed me and literally yelled and me and told me that I couldn’t drop off my kiddo, I told her I had no idea and that I could fix the situation to just give me time and she said “not my problem”. The staff were all aware of the situation. Their lack of empathy and kindness was repulsive. The way they treated me was disgusting. We have been attending for 2 years.

And don’t get me started I know multiple children have caught hand foot and mouth, RSV, and pink eye is rampant there. When you pay that much for a daycare you expect more than what Primrose can offer.

They used to have a very high reputation and before Covid I will say this daycare was much better, but has definitely gone downhill.

We have three kids in the older infant, preschool, and summer program at Primrose and have been there since 2019. We’ve experienced every classroom except young infant and pre-k. The owner, directors, support staff, and teachers have always been so nice and helpful. It feels like an episode of Cheers where everyone knows all my kids’ names.

We feel that our kids have learned a lot through their educational curriculum (writing; color, number, letter recognition; and counting). There’s also the non-educational aspect of learning responsibility/helping others with weekly duty activities such as snack helper and door holder. It’s also been a great place for our kids to grow socially. Our oldest was in public pre-k this past year and we were very pleased with how well he did. If there’s any concern or question we’ve had about one of the kids they’ve always taken time to sit and talk to my wife or I about it. The teachers are amazing doing a very hard job taking care of little kids like they are their own.

We’ve enjoyed sending our kids here and they both enjoy it. The teachers seem to care for them and the kids become attached to them easily. The only reason i avoided five stars was there’s been a lot of teacher turnover lately. Our oldest doesn’t do great with a change in routine so new teachers take a few weeks to get acclimated to. However, I know all centers are struggling with staff retention these days.
