Great place that (at the time) had some issues. Our daughter used to go here a few years agoand I would say this school is a great option if you have a stay at home partent. Frequently our kid would be sent home for reasons like “she doesn’t look like herself,” or “she lathargic looking” or they would take her ear temp when she would wake up from naps (laying on a pillow heats up your ear). They would call us to pick her up and tell us we’d have to wait 24 hours before she could return to school.. So in 3 months Primrose blew through all of my PTO for a year, to the point where our kids doc said to just call her and she would write a Dr’s note sight unseen. That’s the level of frequency she was being sent home with no actuall sickness. All this was pre-covid. Straw that broke the camels back was telling the school not to feed her milk, which they then did and continued to do for weeks. We finally left after being there only a year or so. The next daycare we stayed at untill elementary and she was ever sent home without being ACTUALLY sick (only twice in 3 years). I loved this place, clean new and very friendly. But it wasn’t for us… we work for a living.

Absolutely zero consideration for parents and their children when it comes to enrollment. You have to pay an enrollment fee and put your child on their waiting list before the baby is even born in order to get a spot. If that planned enrollment date comes and your child is not ready to go to daycare you cannot move the date back more than two weeks. If you wish to push the date back more than two weeks you have to pay another enrollment fee. I would understand if demand for space wasn’t as high as it is but with the current child care demand filling a reserved space will take seconds. Also we called 3 months before our planned enrollment date to ask to push it back. Sad times when enrollment fees become profit centers for child care as if tuition wasn’t high enough.

I have been a Primrose of Glen Kernan parent for 3 years now and I absolutely love Primrose. I could not imagine sending my children to another day care facility. The staff are so friendly, caring, knowledgeable and just overall the best possible people taking care of my children. I am constantly impressed with the curriculum and the cost of tuition is worth every penny. I value my children’s education and their program is top notch. If there are ever any medical notices or incident reports, the school is always very thorough and alert the parents in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend Primrose of Glen Kernan to anyone looking for a day care in this area.
