My son attended this school for 3 weeks in total. He lost more than 1 pound during this period.
The personnel is overwhelmed: I’ve seen kids of 14-15 months old climbing on furniture (tables / kitchen toys) with the risk of falling and injuring. Kids are running around with green mucus coming out of their noses – nobody cares to clean them up.The personnel doesn’t seem to obey basic hygiene rules (constantly adjusting their long hair and combing through it with one hand at a time while having a baby in their lap).
The food is not as advertised – there are NO fresh fruits being served, only canned fruit. I asked them not to serve my son canned fruit but they continued to serve him canned fruit as I have observed in the pictures they have sent to us. On another day the menu said “rice and chicken”, but I struggled really hard to see a piece of meat in a picture that was sent. I also tried giving my son food from home – they didn’t serve it because the staff forgot.
I’ve seen pictures with my son wearing wet pants (he spilled water on them) and not getting changed.

To all parents reading this message: take your kid someplace else – don’t make the owners richer than they are (that is where your money is going, the personnel is poorly paid and they cut corners everywhere)

Hi, I’ am a teacher and a parent at Primrose School of Livermore. My child has attended Primrose the same day I began to work after the pandemic. I am going to say I was very, very nervous of going back to work and also as a first time parent I was an emotional mess of the thought of leaving my child under a strangers care. My son’s first teachers Ms. Esperanza, Ms. Marisol, and Ms. Susana made me feel relief with how loving and motherly they were with my child. Always very understanding and as they knew I was a worried mom they would communicate through out the day of how my child was doing always giving a sign of comfort.

My child now transition into Ms. Rona and Ms. Preeti’s class and I am very happy and comfortable with having my child in their class they are very fun and professional, and their class structure is very well balance amping the two teachers. I wouldn’t change my child from attending Primrose I trust that my child is safe and well taken care of.

Our daughter has been attending Primrose Livermore for 1.5 years and we could not be happier. Not only does this school have fantastic hours for two working parents, they feed also our kiddo super healthy food (not to mention variety) starting with breakfast, then lunch, and multiple snacks until pickup. The kids get so much outdoor time and receive so much love from not only their teachers but all the staff (shout out to Ms. Priyanka). In particular, our daughter really bonded with Ms. Esperanza, Ms. Preeti, and Ms. Ronna (preschool pathways teachers), and names all her toys after them and talks about them at home constantly. It really is something else to hear your kid ask to go to school on the weekends because she misses her teachers and friends. I feel very lucky as a parent our kid attends such a nurturing school, with fabulous teachers and staff.
