I can’t even begin to describe how smooth the transition has been for my 22 month old girl starting school with Primrose North. I was incredibly anxious and the staff and teachers went (and have continued to go) above and beyond what is required to make my daughter and myself comfortable. They also truly utilize the procare app to keep you constantly updated throughout the day; I have heard from many other friends at other daycares that they barely get any updates with these apps. This location communicates consistently and my daughter is on month 3 and absolutely loves it. She runs straight to her teachers to give them hugs when she arrives. I couldn’t recommend it more.
I am SO thankful that Primrose School of North Rockwall opened last year. We moved to Rockwall a couple of years ago and really struggled to find a good daycare until Primrose opened. The transition for our son here was so easy. I always felt confident that he was well-taken care of and loved. Every single teacher he had was wonderful. The directors and staff were all just as wonderful. They all knew us and even big sis by name. I loved the pictures and updates throughout the day to see how much fun he was having. I could go on. Highly recommend this school!
We’ve been at Primrose North since they opened in August of 2022 and have been so happy with our experience. The facility is clean and my child has been sick significantly less compared to previous daycare. There is structure and less turnover, my child has the same teacher everyday and loves coming to school. My child is ready to enter grade school because of the curriculum the school has provided and the director and staff is wonderful.
