We just recently enrolled both of our daughters (1 yr old & 2 yr old) at Primrose after a few weeks of looking into daycares in the area. We asked around, toured a few facilities, and asked tons of questions. Primrose impressed us so much we kept comparing everything to them so we eventually just decided to go here.

We have not been disappointed! Our kids are loving going to “school” now and bring me their shoes in the mornings so we can leave the house – haha! As parents, we feel our children are safe and well taken care of. They are attentive to our sensitive skin 1 yr old and change diapers frequently so she doesn’t get rashes, and our 2 yr old (who was already potty trained but needed some help) is now going to the big girl potty almost completely by herself! They are also learning so much and playing with their toys in new ways at home so I can tell their teachers are focusing on letting them learn through play which is awesome.

Personally, I LOVE that Primrose has an on site chef so all their meals and snacks are well-balanced, healthy, and different every week. Many places we looked at offered “chef” prepared meals but at an additional cost and also were basically the same meals just on rotation (like some form of a carb and chicken nuggets). Primrose has meals I would enjoy and they give you the menu every week so you can see the wholesome foods your child is eating.

I also love their responsiveness and updates you get via the app they use. As a new daycare parent, I have probably annoyed them with all my emails and also messages thru the app, but they are always quick to respond and very helpful!

Lastly, their facilities are CLEAN and spacious, and their playgrounds are awesome (and covered). You can tell their indoor and outdoor facilities are well taken care of and they prioritize maintaining the property so it is safe for the kids.

The staff are all very friendly and truly love these kiddos and are happy to see our little angels every day.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! I cannot express this enough but please protect your children and do not put them in this place. There are many other daycares around that are way better than this daycare/school. This facility puts on a front that this is the best quality place but let me just tell you it is all a lie. Everybody that is giving good reviews just hasn’t had anything happen to their child YET so why keep them here for something to happen. My nephew attended this daycare and they pulled his arm our of its socket and my sister had to take him to the hospital and they tried telling my sister that it was because another kid fell on him which is just absurd and nobody did anything about it nor cold they give my sister any explanation of the situation. My sister pulled him out immediately notify to mention prior to this my sister also had other issues with them. If you don’t believe me just pull up their records and you can see they had many violations during inspection and got a bad review. Please protect your children this place is also pricey but what are you paying them for? To abuse your child? Just stay away this place needs to be shut down immediately
I received distressing news from my daughter several months ago. Not sure what to do at that time, now I feel compelled to warn young parents of today.
The issue occurred approximately 17 years ago, and involved an elderly Primrose employee who was known as “Raggedy Ann”. My daughter is a twin, now 21 and both she and her twin sister attended. The owners were caring, lovely people. But now my youngest daughter told me when she recalls incidents when she would reach to play with a toy and “Raggedy Ann” snatched it away & told her to “Take her filthy hands off it!” My daughter’s favorite playmate there, Caucasian, was allowed to play with the toy, however. Now I understand why the other twin would cry easily during those days and struggled with self esteem. How many countless African American children experienced Raggedy Ann’s bigotry. I hope this person is no longer there and any other children that she emotionally attacked did not suffer ill effects from her hatred. ??
