Can’t say a bad thing about the Primrose School of Rowlett. Our 1yo seems to be thriving and has even taught us a thing or two (ASL). The management offers excellent, proactive, and frequent communication for upcoming activities, covid-response, run of the mill incidents. I really appreciate they use the Procare app to post photo updates of activities our son engages in a few times per week. I suppose if there is any room for improvement it would be to explore the possibility of hosting SAFE, socially-distanced family events so parents have the opportunity to meet other parents in their child’s class and be able to interact with the teachers in a child-free environment 🙂 Since we only enrolled our son during covid and have never experienced the center outside of covid protocols, it’s unfortunate to not be able to form better connections with his teachers and other parents. I understand that covid restrictions are mostly to blame for the lack of this type of community engagement effort, so hopefully the school can resume activities like this in the future.

I have worked at a few childcare preschools the past few years and I wanted to assure anyone thinking of enrolling their child here thay they are making the absolute best decsion. Alicia and Erica are incredible people and truely do love your children. They create a wonderful working environment for their teachers which translates to wonderful schooling for your child. If you are searching for the perfect place you have found it. I wouldn’t entrust anyone else with my children!

We love this place, we had toured other daycares but noone made us feel comfortable like Primrose. They have been an intrigrual part of my child’s development, and they treat us like family. I can not say enough good things about this daycare. I highly recommend, and love this place
