Like Family- This place has been my saving grace. I did not want to have to put my baby is daycare. Then the costs are usually attrocious. Primorse offers schooling at an affordable price. The staff has been nothing short of amazing. They have helped her be more social and her speech is completely improved. They are now helping with potty training. At first my daighter would very but Ms. Sabrina just calmed her right down. The staff has been just wonderful, and i just cannot brag on all the staff enough. They ensure there is always the right amount of people for the kids. They communicate efficiently, they post pictures and more so when they know the parent is a worry wart like me. My 7 year old is now attending the summer camp and loves it there as well. She gets to do 2 field trips a week and is still always learning. The whole scool does speacial things for holidays and has spalsh days in the summer for all the kids. My 7 year old attendand other daycares and i hated all of them. They wanted money nothing else. Primorse is actually for the kids. they focus on learning and having fun in a safe and happy enviornment. I dont ever want to send my kids anywhere else. Tiffany the director, Brenda and Leanne at the front desk help me with any thing and are always there for the kiddos and to support the parents and staff.
I think the class atmosphere is kept in good spirits and the diverse activities and learning curriculum are interesting. Some areas where i would like some improvement and (or) stability are the assignment of teachers and quantity/quality of snacks and other food served.

My recent experience with the school makes me believe it’s motto has changed ‘Money’ and ‘Arrogance’. My son graduated from the school mid June 2021 and despite giving 30 day notice the school billed him for the whole month. I had requested my partial refund and now 100+ days and nearly a dozen visits and ~4 phone calls, total inaction. Looks like they are interested in keeping up their standards only as long as your a current customer of the school. They haven’t even called back to say that they are looking into it and will take a timely action. Not sure for how long this is going to endure. I am reducing their star rating based on my current experience. Hope the school will resolve the issue before it becomes zero stars.
Question to anyone reading this… what should I do if there’s no action still from the school?

Don’t know what or who made it work. But finally I got my due. Giving back 1 more star for the effort.

My son has multiple food allergies and the school wouldn’t allow us to pack him food from home, even though we have a doctor’s note. He ended up not eating most of the school’s food and lost a lot of weight. It’s very frustrating that administration wouldn’t accommodate us on this so we ended up moving school.

Another thing that bothers me the most is the school closes at least twice a month. My husband and I work full time (Monday- Friday), but every single month; the school would close for ridiculous reasons like (Cabrini day, staff training day, teacher day, etc…). Sometimes they even take a whole week off! We’re already paying a lot of money for tuition, but we also have to hire a nanny during those off days because we both cannot take off so many days every month. So if you send your kids here, prepare to take a lot of time off work or find extra care for your kids during school closed days.

Also, the students to teacher ratio is too high. I don’t feel that my kids are getting much attention or learning experience here.
