My family and I are very grateful for the staff and owners at Primrose! We made the very hard decision to move from an in-home to a center to fit better with our work schedules, but we have been SO happy with the care that our 2 boys (3.5 and 1) have received over the last 9 months. Everyone makes them (and my husband and I!) feel so welcome everytime we walk in the door. The care they put into the lesson plans, facility, menus, events, and everything in between is something we do not take for granted. We highly recommend Primrose of Urbandale to anyone seeking care for their children!
Recently switched our children out of another school into Primrose and could not be more pleased. The school itself is incredibly structured, allowing kids to learn not only the base curriculum but also how to follow a daily schedule and adhere to the rules of the classroom. The teachers go above and beyond to make all kids feel welcome and I was highly impressed that the owners are there on the daily – getting to know not only the kids but families as well. I HIGHLY recommend Primrose School of Urbandale.
Primrose has taken excellent care of my granddaughter. I am very protective of my granddaughter as she is my heart and I feel completely safe with Primrose. My grandchild is learning so much and now when I go to pick her up she wants to stay longer. Her teachers are all excellent and caring individuals. The owners are very kind hearted and good people that are on the premises all day. I have worked in the child care industry and Primrose deserves a million stars. No other can compare.
