My daughter started in the infant classroom and graduated from their pre-k/kindergarten program. She started public school this year and is strides ahead of her peers. All thanks to her Primrose experience!

We LOVE this school. We love that the front staff is warm and welcoming, we love the amazing, kind and caring teachers and we love the positive attitude of all the staff. I used to think I was just a “laid back” parent but after experiencing my share of other daycare failures – from other Primrose locations and other reputable named schools – I’ve come to recognize that I was able to relax into parenthood because I had a good support team from Primrose. The location is independently franchised and the thought and attentive care in its management shines through. The little things matter such as teachers remembering to put jackets on your child and zip them up on a cold day, saving them snacks when they come in a little late, encouraging and helping them with potty training, showering them with love and care and the personalized photos in our daily updates. Thank you for being our “village” and helping our family thrive!

I can not give enough praise and gratitude to the staff and teachers of Primrose West Carrollton. As a new mother and first time daycare parent I was dreading the day that we dropped off our young infant. But my worry quickly diminished. The amount of love, care and respect that they give my son and us is beyond what I could have asked for as a parent. I feel safe throughout my days knowing he is in good hands with people who truly want the best for all the students. I love seeing how his day is going and getting picture updates truly warms my heart and just makes my days better. We drop him off and he is excited to see his teacher and friends and when we pick him up he is always is a great mood. The infant teachers truly express the love and passion they have for these children and it is so comforting to witness! thank you so much for the amazing care!
I cannot express my gratitude enough. My daughter went here since 6 months old to 4 years old and it broke our hearts when we had to leave due to moving out of the location. As a single mom, they were my trusted second eyes and I felt so confident and comfortable leaving my baby here during the day. Not only are they beyond any other daycare educational wise, but their structure, discipline, guidance and advice aligned so well with my morals and values as a parent. They truly helped me raise my daughter and I owe a lot of what my daughter knows now to the teachers and Director at this location. The communication is constant and I loved the relationship I built with Sunita, Gina, and Mr. Roe. Highly recommend!!!
