Our experience with Prosper Montessori Academy has been fantastic from the beginning and continues so. My husband and I toured many Montessori schools in the area before finalizing PMA, and the tour was a clear reflection of the loving and caring environment of the school. Our daughter is in Toddler class and her teachers Ms Hamsa and Ms Nicolle are so loving, nurturing and dedicated in doing the best for the children. Our daughter has shown tremendous progress and absolutely loves her teachers and school.
The education and curriculum is the best, and the teachers go an extra step to help the children learn and flourish. Communication is timely and thorough.
Ms Kitty, the owner and director, is a wonderful lady, very considerate, caring and approachable. The staff is incredible and everyone treats the children with respect and love.
Were thankful for the care and education our daughter is receiving, and know that she is learning, growing, and having fun every day! We highly recommend Prosper Montessori Academy.
Our son has been at PMA for almost a year now. He started in the young toddler classroom around 19 months then moved to one of the toddler classrooms around 22 months. The teachers are sweet and patient, as is the staff and administrators. All the staff and administrators know my son and great him warmly upon arrival and departure each day. I particularly love that PMA uses an app to communicate with parents, so teachers regularly send photos and videos during the day. Overall, all PMA staff communicate regularly and promptly. PMA also plans classroom activities (such as Valentine’s parties) and family celebrations (such as a Mother’s Day brunch and Father’s Day brunch) that my whole family enjoys. During the summer, they have a small water playground in the back, so students can have water play one morning a week– it’s a fun addition to their offerings. PMA will be our home until our son is eligible for elementary school.
We have had both our daughters at PMA since they were infants. The staff are incredible and they treat every child with respect and love. You’re greeted every morning by a smiling face and the staff also get to know the parents very well. Our daughters love their teachers and classmates and look forward to going to school each day. Now that our eldest is in kindergarten, she still attends PMA in the afternoon as part of the afterschool program.
The curriculum is outstanding and better than I had hoped and expected and incredibly diverse. You certainly notice the variety of work to which the children are exposed throughout the day by the work/projects they bring home and their general understanding of the world.
