Great School. My son goes to this school. It is 1000 times better than his old elementary school. Even though Dutch Kills elementary was great as well. This school really challenges the students from a very early age and works relentlessly to make sure the students are up to par. Mrs Calamusi is one of the best Kindergarten teachers I’ve ever seen. Mrs Calamusi finds out every students weakness and works to improve it accordingly. The progress my so has made in reading and math is tremendous. He is doing great in 1st grade.
I graduated last year ?? every teacher I had was amazing, if I ever got anything wrong on a test or something, I knew they would help me with it. but for real the 5th floor bathroom stalls were so small tht if u moved the toilet up five more inches the door wouldn’t close. Keep in mind tht there are very tall people in tht grade( like myself). Over all, best five years of my life. Congrats for ms.sculco for becoming assistant principal ( I had her last year ) DON’T FORGET THE SHOWSTOPPERS DANCE GROUP
Terrible. My little sister goes to the school and i used to, too. First of all, the fifth grade stalls are incredibly small. You have to turn your knees in order to use the bathroom. They even re-did the third grade bathroom and left the others to dust. Then, there are sales that they have. There used to be tables full of things to buy, especially jewelry and headphones. This year, they were reduced to 1 TABLE. This all is shameful.
