My son was assaulted in 2nd grade in the park by three 4th graders and a 5th grader last year. I witnessed this during pick-up. I physically dragged one of the little kids in there. They refused to even put in proper documentation. It was a nightmare. I’m so glad I got him out of there. I actually had 3 children in this school. I thought they were doing well academically but they were actually all below grade level. When I switched them into the charter school theyre are in now they all had to be pulled out of class to receive special instruction just to catch up. NYC and the DOE needs to do better for our children.
I went to PS 190 in about 1958 or 1959 or 1960.
I would like to meet others who also went to this school.
I remember being very unhappy there due to having strict teachers.
I just remember one teacher’s name, :”Mrs. Ezra”.
I felt that she was very mean ?? to me.
I would like to meet other people and relatives that also went to this school.
I believe I lived right around the block at 539 Alabama Ave.

I only have good memories of P.S190, I was born in 1958 attended school there. I remember Mr.Bernbam and Mr. Litvach. But My Favorite teacher was mrs YON…….and Mrs Cooper. I LIVED @ 510 HINDSDALE ST..
