I am grew up in Richmond Hill and even attended P.S 66Q as a child myself. My child now attends P.S66Q and its amazing how some of my old teachers are still there. I think its a great school with wonderful teachers that are kind and caring. I do however, believe that sometimes there could be an issue with communication from the school overall to the parents. I was not aware of the new construction going on and now I’m trying to figure out where will dismissal be or if the children will have an outdoor play space. I was also not informed who my child’s new teacher was going to be for the new school year.
Mrs. Grubstein is such a great and sweet teacher my child is learning so much from her and Mrs.Castelline has been patient with my other child who is in third grade and he has learned many new things.Great school!
Attended this school some years ago. Have had many friends who’s children have attended. And still raved about this school. Nice to see that the old bones haven’t been knocked down.
