PSW is located behind/next to Officeworks off Springvale Road. We shopped on a Tuesday morning during the school summer holidays, and were assisted by a friendly, young lady. Everything went smoothly! They sell Puma sports clothing for kids too. There’s ample car park space.
Uniform shop for school, works as expected. Service is good, prices are very expensive. I don’t like that it’s not open on Mondays – this is the most common day for us to need new uniforms. Be much better if they closed on Wednesday or Friday.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is tidy with lots of parking.
The prices are ridiculous… they have the monopoly on school uniforms so there is no other option and they can basically charge what they want. They never have specials, it’s just highway robbery. And ofcorse, the uniforms all need to be altered, which is an additional cost that the store doesn’t offer.
In the current climate, I don’t see how you can justify charging so much, especially as these are necessities.
I had an extremely positive experience at Glen Waverley PSW last week during their VIP night. There was a lovely greeter at the door who assigned a staff member to their customer quickly and efficiently. The staff member who served us (and I wish I remembered her name) was exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly and dealt well with my 12 year old. Very impressed!
However, the price was a slight shock to the system (having said that I needed the full range with some multiples).
Fantastic service! Winnie is one of the best retail staff we met. Quite recommend!
